For standard orders, I recommend placing your order at least 1 week in advance. For custom cakes or large orders, 2-3 weeks notice is preferred. Wedding cakes and special event orders should be booked 2-3 months in advance. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability—please contact me directly to discuss.

Yes, I offer delivery within the greater Boston area for a fee based on distance. Delivery is free for orders over $100 within a 10-mile radius. For locations outside this area or for wedding cakes, special delivery arrangements can be made. Pickup is also available at no additional cost.

Absolutely! I offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options for many of my products. Please note that while I take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, my kitchen is not certified allergen-free. Be sure to mention any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

I accept payment via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, or cash. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or pickup. For wedding cakes, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking.

Changes to orders can be accommodated up to 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery, depending on the nature of the change. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 7 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to ingredients and preparation time already invested.
